DiaGen AI  /  Decentralized science

A three-layer stack, with real science at the top.

DiaGen is among the first drug discovery companies to move into blockchain-based decentralized AI.

Why the triad works

Technical legitimacy, infrastructure and capital together.

Many DeSci efforts lack either real science or real infrastructure. The strategy here is materially stronger because each partner occupies a distinct layer of the value chain rather than competing for the same one.

DeSci partner · JV LOI

MetaNova Labs.

A crypto-native biotech built directly on Bittensor, operating a decentralized drug screening subnet (SN68). Co-development partner on a multi-objective hit-picking tool that evaluates small molecules for novelty, affinity and target specificity across multi-million to billion-scale libraries.

Also the benchmarking counterparty for DiaGen's generative models in an open, incentive-driven environment. Both parties contribute models, validators and datasets — but proprietary models stay proprietary.

DeSci partner · JV announced

Contango Digital Assets / General Tensor.

A web3-native venture and ecosystem builder focused on decentralized AI and blockchain infrastructure, active across 100+ projects. CEO Mike Grantis serves as strategic advisor to DiaGen on decentralized initiatives, supporting Bittensor subnet participation, validator and miner strategy, and token economics.

$100K committed capex toward decentralized compute, with $40K deployed to date.

Combined architecture

The closed-loop innovation system.

Distributed compute and open competition shift cost from fixed, infrastructure-heavy spend to variable and performance-based — while benchmarking against decentralized competitors introduces market-based validation rather than internal metrics, which matters most where ground truth is sparse.

DiaGen models are deployed into the subnet

MetaNova benchmarks and competes against them

Incentivized contributors improve scoring, docking and generation, and General Tensor scales participation
