DiaGen AI  /  Longevity

L.I.V.E.

Longevity Informed by Vigorous biomarker Evaluation — a first-mover continuous biochemical monitor for aging.

The opportunity

From an unmeasurable market to a measurable one.

A minimally invasive, AI-powered wearable that reads consensus aging biomarkers from sweat and interstitial fluid in real time — letting consumers, clinicians, scientists and investors objectively judge whether any anti-aging intervention actually works.

Anti-aging interventions are multiplying with no reliable way to assess impact. Assessment today is episodic and invasive — labs, scans, visits — or unreliable self-report. Consensus markers such as IGF-1 and others are rarely run outside research labs, and existing wearables and lab platforms infer aging indirectly rather than measuring biochemistry continuously.

Why DiaGen

Binders are the missing piece.

Existing technologies cannot continuously detect proteins, cytokines and hormones in real time — current systems read small molecules on an episodic basis. DiaGen designs AI peptide binders that selectively recognise target biomarkers, enabling continuous, multiplexed molecular sensing.

Bespoke binders come from CYPRESS, using conditional sequence design across GFlowNets, protein LLMs and discrete diffusion. The team also carries wearable pedigree through Vitaliti and the Qualcomm Tricorder XPRIZE.

Unmet capability

Continuous protein sensing

Real-time detection of proteins, cytokines and hormones rather than episodic small-molecule reads.

Contribution

AI-designed binders

Selective recognition of target biomarkers for multiplexed molecular sensing.

Commercial shape

Modular biosensor platform

Biosensor plus AI analytics for early disease detection, licensed to diagnostics manufacturers.
