DiaGen AI / Partners
Clinical institutions, open-science consortia, a national AI institute, and a decentralized compute stack — each carrying a distinct piece of the value chain.
Commercialization · Signed
A binding agreement covering three projects toward commercialization. Hadasit brings targets, existing datasets, peptide synthesis, in vitro and in vivo validation, and the lead commercialization role. DiaGen supplies novel peptide candidates from CYPRESS, generative design, in silico screening and multi-objective optimization.
Each party retains its background IP; new IP is owned by Hadasit and Ariel. DiaGen shares downstream revenue on milestones and royalties with a defined right of first refusal — upside without carrying full development cost.
Small molecule · Signed
Joint AI and wet-lab research targeting KRAS-driven cancers, combining generative design with SGC's open-science experimental infrastructure under Dr. Alison Axtman. DiaGen retains all rights and IP as the catalog advances.

Aditya Tallapragada, President of AKT Health, sits on DiaGen's advisory board — guiding healthcare AI market development, partnerships, capital strategy and global expansion, with boots on the ground across the Pacific Rim and MENA starting in Dubai.
AKT's presence in the U.S., Japan, UAE and Singapore opens key APAC and Middle East biopharma markets, and translates upstream generative design into clinical trials, regulatory pathways and commercialization.
Reach
U.S., Japan, UAE and Singapore presence opening APAC and Middle East biopharma.
Translation
De-risking platform adoption inside existing pharma workflows.
Revenue
Joint DiaGen and AKT commercial lines implementing the flywheel.
Research partner · Signed
